If I buy a chunk of prepaid time, can I use it six months from now?
Yes.  There are no expiration dates on prepaid time, including any time left over from a custom website project or other package that includes an allotted amount of time.

Can I save up my monthly time and use several hours at once?
No, we do not carry over unused time from one month to the next, however, if you do use additional time in a given month, you will be billed at our lowest rate so it is still more cost-effective than simply "paying as you go" for support.

Do I have to use my service time for website maintenance?
No, you can use it for virtually anything that we can help you with.  Check out our list of ideas for using your time... it's based on what our other clients are doing each month.
