Website Design & Maintenance

If you’re not sure what needs to be done, we can start with a website audit to provide ideas and recommendations.

Word Templates
We can create Word templates from your paper applications and other forms so that you no longer have to fill them out by hand.  For InStar users, we can also help you to set up these templates so they work in the Custom Forms feature of your agency management system!

PDF Forms
We will add form fields to your PDF applications so you can fill them out electronically. Using the free Adobe Reader software, you can print and fax the completed forms; if you have the full Adobe Acrobat program, you can even save the completed forms on your system!

HTML Website Forms
We will create web-based quote forms and questionnaires that submit to a specific email address. With all the privacy issues nowadays, we can even set them up on a secure SSL server (additional fees apply).

Training & Consulting
We can provide basic training on most Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint and Windows. This training can be done over the Internet for one-on-one or group sessions.

Email Newsletters
You provide the details and we will create an HTML newsletter in Word for you — something you can be proud to send out to your clients or prospects. Or, better yet, if you have an account with Constant Contact, we will set up templates that match your website and even manage the mailings for you.

Graphic Design
Looking for a certain image for your website or intranet? We can create web images, logos, buttons, clipart, fancy text, and virtually anything else you might need.

File Conversions
Do you have a CSV file that you need to format for Excel?  Or a multi-row file that needs to be changed to single columns?  We have lots of handy tools and utilities for converting files from one format to another.

Special Projects
With over 30 years in the insurance industry, we certainly know how things are done. Why not use us as your "temporary office staff" to help out with special projects or ongoing tasks?
