	To make a secure payment directly from your bank account, click this button or refer to the direct link on the email received with your invoice.  You do not have to register to make a payment.
	To make a payment on your account using your Visa, MasterCard or American Express card, please download the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax it to 360-272-1684.
