Kim Floyde has spent over 30 years in the insurance industry, working for agencies and insurance companies as well as agency system vendors. She has been building websites since 1997 and knows what is needed for an effective presence on the Internet.

Before launching Aspenglow Services in October 2009, she worked with Paul Reynolds for ten years, building Intranet Concepts into the premier provider of insurance agency intranets in the United States and Canada.

She has presented training classes and workshops at Redshaw and InStar user group conferences for many years and is well-known for her technical ability as well as her web design expertise. Her career has spanned a variety of roles in the insurance industry, including:
